Team Kaizen, a student team of Pandit Deendayal Energy University, Gandhinagar, Gujarat, hailing from India, is a dynamic collective of passionate engineers and tech geeks from various fields, united by a common goal: developing cutting-edge, energy-efficient vehicles that can compete in the Shell Eco Marathon, a global challenge that encourages students to design, build and test ultra-energy-efficient vehicles. Our team comprises individuals from various disciplines, fostering a culture of cross-disciplinary collaboration and innovation. Our team name, KAIZEN, means “continuous improvement” in Japanese. This reflects our philosophy of constantly striving to enhance our performance and achieve excellence in every aspect of our project.
